Training Sessions

I am pleased to confirm that two training sessions are booked and planned for Saturday 18th July 10.30am-12.30pm at TUDDENHAM ROAD, Ipswich and Saturday 25th July same time, same place to be taken by a prospective new Coach!.

I hope you will all make every effort to attend these sessions and would also like to mention that pre-season fitness sessions are set for Thursday evenings at the clubhouse, Badingham Road, Framlingham between 7pm-8pm from 31st July. This has proved to be helpful in the last two seasons and will give you the chance to work at your own pace but avoid those sore muscles come the start of season!

Thank you to those of you that replied to my earlier email (I look forward to seeing you there!) and perhaps I could ask, if you didn't, could you please let me know whether you can attend both sessions or just one?
